A day in the life of a
construction manager
What a construction manager does
View a map of our service area
Simply put, a Construction / Project Manager handles any
and all phases of a construction project. Whether you
already have a builder or choose to work with our
established network of contractors, Black Diamond
supervises every detail of the construction process from
beginning to end. As an Owner’s Representative our goal
is to manage the project, whether it is a simple
remodeling job or involves building a custom home, so
the owner can continue to live their lives and enjoy
their home. By identifying the scope of work, working
closely with contractors, and establishing timetables
and budgets, as a Construction Manager, we help owners understand the impact of a
project on their day to day lives. There are no
guarantees that a project will go completely smoothly,
but anticipating problems in advance and solving those
problems before they become costly delays is what we do
best.
As a
Construction Manager, Black Diamond works with owners,
owners’ representatives, developers, tenants, architects
and engineers to coordinate and execute each project
from conceptual design through completion. Our method of
personalized, turnkey construction provides added value
for clients.
