- At Black Diamond, we realize that we are
not the largest home builder in the area, so we aim to
be the best. We are proud to say we build only a few
custom homes each year. This allows Black Diamond to
offer a personal attention to detail that would be
missed in larger companies with mass production.

construction manager is paid a fee for
his services (typically 10-15% of the total job cost)
rather than the entire sum to deliver the finished
house. Therefore, hiring a construction manager may save
an owner money (or allow more of the building budget to
go for the project and less for profit and overhead.)
